Tech Lead Angular - Front end expert

Location: Hybrid (2 days a week) - Champion Towers, Ayalon Mall

We are seeking a Tech Lead with expertise in Angular to join our dynamic and innovative team. This role is exclusively for front-end specialists, with no more than 3 years of full-stack experience, and a preference for candidates with experience in SaaS and B2C companies. You will lead projects in wide domains, collaborate with multiple departments, and work with startups and large corporations, ensuring high-quality front-end development.

• Lead Angular Projects: Take ownership of significant Angular projects, from design to implementation, ensuring best practices and performance optimization.
• Team Leadership: Guide and mentor front-end developers, offering technical advice, suggestions, and direction throughout project lifecycles.
• Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless project integration and cooperation, across domains and teams.
• Project Management: Manage serious projects, providing advice, driving tasks, and implementing improvements. Highlight your ability to lead projects and teams successfully.
• Focus on Angular: Utilize 4+ years of Angular expertise to develop and maintain scalable, high-quality applications.

• 6+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on front-end.
• 4+ years of Angular experience with a focus on projects led within SaaS or B2C companies.
• Experience in leading Angular projects (large companies such as Nice, Verint, Motorola, etc.).
• No more than 3 years of full-stack experience, transitioning into a front-end-focused career.
• Familiarity with startups is a plus, but priority will be given to candidates from similar industries.
• Proven ability to work in wide domains and collaborate with multiple departments.
• Experience in serious projects, where you've either provided direct input or guided team members through tasks and improvements.

• Advanced experience with Angular (4+ years).
• Front-end expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and Angular frameworks.
• Experience in SaaS, B2C companies, and large corporations (e.g., Nice, Verint, Motorola).
• Experience leading teams, mentoring junior developers, and guiding projects from start to finish.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to work with multiple departments.

• Hybrid work schedule (2 days in office).
