Expert in Structuring and Tax Planning

We are seeking a dedicated Expert in Structuring and Tax Planning to join our team. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and execution of tax strategies and corporate structures for our clients. This role involves research, analysis, cooperation with leading legal, аaccounting and advisory firms and providing trusted insights based on extensive data. The Expert will also support the coordination of fund and trust formations, ensuring optimal structuring solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research and analysis of tax laws, regulations, and market trends to provide data-driven recommendations for tax planning and structuring.
• Assist in developing and implementing tax strategies and corporate structures tailored to clients’ needs, focusing on optimizing tax liabilities and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Support the coordination and formation of funds and trusts as part of structuring services.
• Prepare and review documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant tax laws.
• Communicate complex tax-related information clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on client strategies and structures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, external advisors, and tax authorities.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in researching and analyzing laws and regulations, with a strong ability to interpret and apply complex information.
• Experience in tax planning, tax strategy, corporate structuring is desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian, with good knowledge of Hebrew as a significant advantage.
• High level of diligence and attention to detail in managing professional activities and documentation.
• Flexibility of mind to adapt to changing regulatory environments and client needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field; CPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly and provide trusted insights based on extensive research and analysis.
