Mobile Engineer

A startup company specializing in SaaS and Online solutions is developing a SaaS platform that enables businesses of any size to launch a branded internal app. The app allows managers to communicate directly with every employee and provides feedback on which employees have read messages or watched videos.

For employees, the app offers tools to automate daily tasks that were previously done manually, significantly improving efficiency and saving time and resources.

The company currently has over 20,000 customers in around 80 countries, including Israel, European countries, and North America.

Headquartered in Tel Aviv, the company is conveniently near a train station and follows a regular hybrid work model, with two days each week working from home.,

The company has about 270 employees and has raised a total of $150 million from well-known global funds.

Responsibilities:

• The role is part of the Mobile team, specializing in React Native, reporting to the team manager.
• Working with a technology stack that includes React Native, CI/CD, MobX, React, and TypeScript.
• Manage tasks and complete them through continuous integration and modern development processes.
• Collaborate with product teams to define feature specifications.
• Solve performance issues when working with large data sets.
• Develop new features for the mobile application.

Requirements:

• 2 years React Native development experience

• 5 years development experience

• Capability to deep dive and solve complex problems self-sufficiently.

• Experienced with the process of releasing applications to the stores.
