Head of Ad Operations

Position:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Ad Operations to join our team at StreamKeyTV. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead technical integrations with Ad Exchanges, SSPs and DSPs in the RTB environment, ensuring flawless connectivity and superior operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integration Leadership: Lead the technical integration process with Ad Exchanges, focusing on SSPs and DSPs to ensure robust data flow and operational excellence.
• Technical Support and Resolution: Provide expert troubleshooting and support for internal teams and clients, swiftly resolving integration issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams, as well as external partners, to align integration strategies and achieve seamless execution.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor integration performance metrics, conduct data analysis, and implement enhancements to optimize ad campaign performance.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain meticulous documentation of integration processes and provide regular status reports on performance metrics and issue resolution.
• Industry Insight: Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in AdTech, integrating new technologies and best practices to enhance our competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in AdTech, specializing in SSP and DSP integrations within the RTB ecosystem.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in RTB protocols (e.g., Open RTB, VAST, Prebid) and ad server technologies.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, adept at diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Project Management: Proven track record in managing multiple projects concurrently, with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields. Certifications in AdTech are advantageous.

Preferred Attributes:

• Industry Familiarity: Previous experience with leading SSPs/DSPs.
• Analytics: Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment with evolving priorities.
