The position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fullstack Tech Lead to Join our team.

As a Fullstack Team Leader, you will lead and guide the development and maintenance of our products, experting in technologies such as Vue.js/React, Javascript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership skills, and the ability to guide and inspire a team of developers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of our web-based platforms.
• Work product strategists and key stakeholders to grasp project objectives and craft technical solutions.
• Oversee the entire software creation process, from conceptualization to execution, validation, and rollout.
• Champion best-in-class coding standards, testing protocols, and documentation practices within the team.
• Offer technical expertise and backing to team members, cultivating an environment of collaboration and innovation.
• Monitor industry evolution and emerging tech to continually upgrade team skills and refine development approaches.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in fullstack development.
• Strong proficiency in Vue.js/React and Node.js.
• Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
