We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented C&B implementor & project lead to join our business application team.

In this role, you will experience a dynamic work environment where your expertise and collaboration skills are central to daily operations.

Your typical day will include:

1. Collaboration with Business Stakeholders- You'll work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
2. Analyzing and ing business processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements. This will involve exploring ways to streamline workflows and data management.
3. Effective communication is at the core of this role. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.
4. Your ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is vital.
5. Design, implement, test & deploy solutions.
6. You’ll use your proven track record for creating custom solutions Vs. out of the box.
7. Integration and data management – design and implement data integration solutions.
8. Analyzing KPI’s and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
9. Documentation & best practices- Documenting system configurations, customizations, and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and adherence to best practices.
10. Staying up to date with systems releases and new features to identify opportunities for enhancements.

What you’ll bring

To excel in this role, you'll need to bring the following:

1. HCM systems: 4+ years of experience with the HRIS ecosystem either in a professional service setting or directly at customer sites as an implementer- must!
2. Experience in analyzing systems of Compensation and Benefit - must
3. Excellent communication skills in a global environment - must!
4. Deep knowledge of HR & business processes.
5. Documentation and Best Practices: A commitment to ing system configurations, customizations, and processes while staying up to date with systems releases and new features.
