We are Looking for a Manufacturing Systems Implementation Specialist!

Kamada is hiring a Manufacturing Systems Implementation Specialist for a challenging and impactful role that involves analyzing and defining organizational needs and implementing them in our systems, with a focus on MES and Serialization systems.

The position includes working closely with various departments within the company as well as with external suppliers and companies.

Location: Full-time position at Beit Kama, South District, Israel.

Job Description:

• Defining and integrating different IT systems within the organization
• Conducting tests, implementing developments, and troubleshooting issues
• Providing application and infrastructure support for system interfaces
• Leading projects, upgrades, and system changes based on user needs, including writing specification documents and managing the end-to-end process
• Writing and executing validation documents for organizational systems according to company procedures
• Managing external suppliers
• Conducting monthly work routines for manufacturing equipment
• Providing support, training, and assistance to system users within the organization

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management with a focus on Information Systems – required
• At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role – required
• Experience in writing specification documents – required
• Background in IT infrastructure – required
• Proficiency in writing queries and working with SQL databases – required
• High-level English proficiency – required
• Experience in MES selection and implementation projects in mid-sized manufacturing organizations – an advantage
• Familiarity with the process control industry – an advantage
• Quick learner with creative thinking and the ability to drive change
• Skills: Ability to implement significant technological changes
• Strong service orientation and teamwork skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to change

תוך עבודה עם ממשקים רבים לרבות משתמשים, ספקים וחברות חיצוניות.

תיאור התפקיד:

• אפיון ואינטגרציה בין מערכות המידע בארגון

• ביצוע בדיקות, יישום פיתוחים, וטיפול בתקלות

• מתן תמיכה אפליקטיבית ותשתיתית בממשקים בין מערכות

• הובלת פרויקטים, שדרוגים ושינויים במערכות בהתאם לצרכי המשתמשים, כולל כתיבת מסמכי אפיון וניהול תהליך מקצה לקצה

• אחריות לכתיבה וביצוע מסמכי ולידציה למערכות הארגוניות לפי נהלי החברה

• הפעלת ספקים חיצוניים

• ביצוע שגרות עבודה חודשיות בציוד הייצור

• מתן מענה, הדרכה ותמיכה למשתמשי המערכות בארגון

דרישות התפקיד:

• תואר ראשון בהנדסת תעשייה וניהול או השכלה רלוונטית בתחומי מערכות המידע- חובה

• ניסיון משמעותי בתפקידי יישום מערכות מידע בדגש על ידע בעבודה בסביבת ייצור, הטמעת מערכות MES וכו'.

• ניסיון בכתיבת מסמכי אפיון - חובה

• רקע בתשתיות מחשוב - חובה

• מיומנות בכתיבת שאילתות ועבודה עם בסיסי נתונים SQL - חובה

• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה - חובה

• ניסיון בפרויקטי בחירה והטמעת מערכות MES בארגונים בינוניים בתעשיית הייצור - יתרון

• היכרות עם עולם הבקרה התהליכית - יתרון
