Assistant Financial Controller

We are seeking a talented Assistant Controller who is looking to grow their skills and career at a cutting-edge technology company. The Assistant Controller plays a key role in our finance team.

What will you do?

Manage all aspects of the general ledger.

• Ensure that all balance sheet accounts, including bank reconciliations, are reconciled on a timely basis.
• Proper accounts payable controls and credit/collection procedures.
• Responsible for the month-end close process; setting and communicating deadlines, maintaining schedules, and recording journal entries.
• Prepare cash flow statements on a monthly basis.
• Coordinate or assist with the budget process.
• Responsible for improving, developing, and documenting accounting and finance-related procedures.
• Assist in the design and documentation of internal controls.
• Support and comply with government requirements, statutory financial statements, and tax filings globally.
• Perform other financial job-related tasks and duties as required.

Requirements

• 2 years of accounting experience
• Proven experience in US GAAP/IFRS audit or reporting work.
• Excel proficiency.
