Itad is looking for senior MEL experts for an upcoming tendering opportunity with the UK Government in the Occupied Palestinian Territory (OPT). The 3-year contract will provide the following services:

• Independent programme monitoring (field and remote monitoring)
• Primary and secondary research, evaluation and data-analysis (quantitative and qualitative)
• Learning

Required

• Over 10 years of experience in MEL
• Based in Jerusalem/West Bank or in the MENA region (if the latter, candidates should be able to travel to Israel/West Bank without restrictions)
• If based in the region, field experience working in OPT is a must
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: humanitarian response, recovery and reconstruction, governance and reform, economic development, security.
• Fluency in English

Desirable

• Fluency in Arabic
• Experience with digital and innovative tech solutions for MEL
• Experience with Third Party Monitoring
• Experience working with UK FCDO
