This role requires

A full time /on site position, based in Haifa /Ra'anana

Key Responsibilities:

The Knowledge Management team is seeking an information specialist with a technological orientation and strong organizational skills for a dynamic and diverse role.
Accessing and managing information within organizational information systems
Assisting in the setup and maintenance of work templates in the Microsoft Teams environment
Handling service requests and providing professional support to internal teams
Managing back-office tasks, including documentation, tracking, and process updates
REQUIREMENTS
Good command of Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environment – an advantage
Good level of English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills, service orientation, and good interpersonal skills
