Technical Product Manager

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who will join our product team and work with our global customers and our R&D team.

based on our rich embedded financing platform.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with global customers to gather requirements and business needs and turn those into user stories
• Work with designers to create a great user experience for our users
• Work closely with developers on the implementation and delivery of user stories
• Collaborate with additional stakeholders, such as Project Managers, Account Managers, Sales people, and more
• Be the lead product manager for implementation projects from sign-off to delivery
• Prioritize requirements and improvements based on business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility
• Communicate, both internally and externally, any gaps between the requirements and the product
• Ensure the development of optimal solutions tailored to the customers’ needs
• Address customer issues and feedback regarding the product to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Monitor usage metrics and KPIs and meet objectives as defined by the Director of Product Management

Requirements:

• Proven Technical Product Management experience (at least 2 years)
• Robust technological understanding of software development processes and architecture, web technologies, APIs and system integration
• Experience designing product UX, creating sequence diagrams and writing user stories
• Experience working directly with global customers
• Fintech experience (in the finance or retail industry) - an advantage
• Experience collaborating directly with R&D in an Agile environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• High attention to details
• Fast learner, Independent, Team player
• Responsible, reliable and motivated
• Ability to simultaneously work on multiple projects under tight schedules
• Degree in Computer Science and/or Technological background - an advantage
• Product Management course certification - an advantage
• Fluent English
