Role Overview

The BizOps Manager will be pivotal in driving strategic alignment across teams, identifying process inefficiencies, and supporting data-driven decision-making throughout the organization. This role is cross-functional by nature, working closely with Product, R&D, Sales, and Marketing to streamline operations and set up systems that allow us to scale efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, project management, and cross-department collaboration.

Key Goals of the Role

• Strategic Alignment: Ensure that business strategies are effectively implemented across the organization, aligning departments and teams with company-wide goals.
• Operational Efficiency: Identify inefficiencies in current processes and implement solutions that streamline operations.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Develop and support data analytics capabilities to inform decision-making at all levels of the organization.
• Goals Monitoring: Support the design and implementation of company dashboards for tracking KPIs and strategic objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the bridge between departments (e.g., Product, R&D, Sales, Marketing) to foster coordinated efforts and clear communication.
• Scalability: Prepare operations for company growth, identifying and mitigating risks associated with scaling.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Process Improvement:
• Evaluate and enhance current processes across departments.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, implementing scalable improvements.
• Monitor the success of improvements and iterate as needed.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for business health tracking.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor performance metrics.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Project Management:
• Lead cross-functional projects that support strategic company initiatives.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects with clear communication and efficient resource management.
• Strategic Planning:
• Collaborate with leadership to set company-wide priorities.
• Break down strategic goals into actionable operational plans.
• Track progress toward these objectives and ensure alignment across teams.
• Resource Allocation:
• Assess and allocate resources across departments to maximize efficiency and output.
• Develop plans that ensure optimal resource utilization.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a business operations or similar role within a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and implement process improvements.
• Strong analytical skills, with a track record of using data to drive business decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and actionable plans.
• Experience with tools like Monday and Lattice for project management and role expectations.
