As a Junior Account Manager you will be providing the tools and support for our partners to make sure they thrive on our platform while improving operational aspects. With this in mind, you need to be super passionate about account management, but also able to adapt and change your tone and approach depending on the type of partner you’re working with.

The Junior Account Manager main focus is to assist our retail partners maximize their opportunity for success, while taking an active role in onboarding new partners, implementing the Wolt app & Service and offering general day-to-day support to our partners.

ThIS role is a full time position from our TLV offices.

What you'll be doing

• Act as the main point of contact for our merchant partners.
• Proactively supporting Wolt’s partners in order to improve their performance.
• Onboarding venues on Wolt’s platform, includes contracts, photography, price list, translation and iPad training.
• Ensuring partner price lists on the platform is up to date and fully available.
• Handling merchants support tickets to insure the optimal user experience.
• Assisting in marketing campaigns for retail partners.
• Assisting our business managers in any additional tasks related to working with different merchants

Qualifications

• Experience from within the retail\restaurant industry is a plus!
• Data oriented and proficient in Excel
• Technical ability and logical thinking with an aesthetic sense
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt the tone to suit the audience
• Structured, detailed and service-oriented
• Self-starter with a passion for establishing a new vertical within the company.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering,or other related field.
