What You'll Do: As the core employee, Senior Backend Engineer will design, develop, and maintain the backend systems that power our innovative cybersecurity solutions. As a member of our core team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality and scalable software in collaboration with our passionate founders. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the reliability and performance of our platform as we grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy backend systems and services

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs

Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements:

Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

Minimum of 7 years of experience in backend development

Proficient in multiple programming languages, particularly Go and Python

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience working in the cybersecurity industry is highly desirable
