Financial Planning Analyst

Elementor is a dynamic, fast-growing online startup with a mission to empower web creators. We’re seeking a talented and highly analytical Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in driving our financial strategy and decision-making by providing insightful analysis and financial modeling.

Responsebilties:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, profitability studies, and cost-benefit assessments.
• Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to executive management and other key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop, implement, and maintain budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide financial support for business planning and development initiatives.
• Automate financial processes and reporting to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Requirments:

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a high-growth SaaS tech company - a must.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, ERP) - a must.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) - a must.
• High-level understanding of financial accounting principles and reporting standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
