The role includes:

Management and implementation of CRM systems

Management, training and guidance of development and implementation teams

Planning and managing implementation processes in projects, including time and budget management

Management of customer support and training services

Effective conduct and management of the customer base" "Proven experience in managing development or implementation teams in the technology industry, especially in CRM systems - mandatory

Creative ability, strategic thinking and problem solving

Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team in a fascinating and surprising way

High level English - an advantage

Previous experience in the field of SaaS or the Cloud - a significant advantage

Familiarity with LOW CODE or NO CODE applications - a significant advantage"
