Job Overview

As a Product Designer at Briya, you will play a pivotal role in designing solutions that shape the future of healthcare. This position requires a blend of exceptional design skills and a strong leadership presence to drive user-centric approaches that integrate seamlessly with business and engineering processes.

Responsibilities

- Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches. Set the vision for the user experience and create the space for others to collaborate.

- Build intuitive and user-centric solutions by incorporating user research, feedback, and business requirements.

- Partner with engineering, product management, and marketing to define and execute innovative solutions that deliver impactful product experiences.

- Advocate for design excellence, leading creative and holistic thinking across diverse product offerings.

- Utilize a full range of product design, interaction design, and visual design skills to build delightful user experiences.

- Collaborate effectively with leaders across organizational boundaries to prioritize user needs and balance business goals.

Preferred Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience in product design with a proven track record of impactful user-centered design solutions.

- Demonstrable impact on product strategy and outcomes.

- Experience in conducting user research and discovery, including persona development, user journey mapping, and usability testing to ensure designs meet user needs and business objectives.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and cross-functional team collaborations.

- Experience in fast-growing tech companies, particularly in data-centric products and/or healthcare.

- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX/UI design and complex workflows turned into intuitive user experiences.
