Product Manager

Role Description:

We are seeking a Data Analyst & Junior Product Manager with a passion for turning data into actionable product insights. The ideal candidate has strong data analysis expertise, experience in product management, and the ability to uncover business value from complex datasets. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, with an analytical mindset and clear communication skills.

What you’ll be doing

1. Perform detailed analysis of customer and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and key insights.
2. Translate complex data into actionable product recommendations that drive business outcomes.
3. Collaborate closely with customers, the R&D, and data science teams to refine data insights and incorporate them into the product.
4. Present findings and insights to internal and external stakeholders in clear, actionable formats.

Requirements

1. A 2+ years of hands-on data analysis experience in a product-oriented environment.
2. Advanced SQL skills and a proven ability to turn raw data into valuable insights.
3. Experience with translating business problems into technical specifications for data products.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex data concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
5. Fluent English is required.

Advantage

1. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
2. Python proficiency for deeper data analysis and automation.
3. Background in the food retail industry or energy management systems.
4. Familiarity with European markets, including proficiency in German or French.
