We are looking for a Maintenance Manager for our Safed Site! Position with Company Car

The role involves managing the mechanical maintenance system and leading a department of approximately 25 employees, including 4 team leaders: production maintenance, packaging maintenance, electrical, and infrastructure/building. The department operates in shifts and provides 24/7 service.

Job Description:

• Manage the mechanical maintenance system, including maintenance teams and machinery upkeep.
• Improve and optimize production processes and implement new production lines.
• Provide mechanical support for new projects and equipment, working with suppliers and procurement.
• Preventative maintenance for machinery and equipment, including writing and updating maintenance procedures in the plant's information system.
• Implement quality, safety, and environmental protection procedures in the department.
• Operate and maintain computerized information systems and support product development experiments.

Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineer/Practical Engineer.
• proficiency in English including technical English- must.
• At least 10 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance, including managerial
• experience - from a global company- advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and manage teams both professionally and administratively.
• Broad technical knowledge.

Internal and External Interfaces:

- Internal: Plant engineer, production manager, quality manager, HR manager, technical warehouse manager, etc.

- External: External contractors, suppliers.
