MIND Israel, a nonprofit, action-oriented consulting group focused on national security and technology, is looking for an Analyst for its Critical & Emerging Technologies Center.

Founded by Major General (ret.) Amos Yadlin who serves as MIND’s President, the group relies on decades-long experience in handling Israel’s strategic affairs, providing thought leadership through its staff and expert network. It advises governmental, nonprofit and corporate clients on advanced national security matters, with an emphasis on policy implementation and execution.
Critical & Emerging Technologies Center
The Center aims to bring the tech space into the national security discourse and bridge between public and private sectors – with a strong emphasis on Critical & Emerging Technologies (AI, Quantum, Bio-Tech etc.). The program's objective is to broaden Israel's national security concept through strategic analysis of its technological prowess, as well as main opportunities and challenges that it holds for national security interests. The program seeks to strengthen Israel’s global tech cooperation mainly through its high-profile Tech Forum, facilitating projects in regulation, funding, and partnerships. We also assist companies and NGOs in understanding geopolitical implications on their business and target markets.
Responsibilities
- Providing thought leadership on CETs and national security, and the increasing contribution of technology to national power.
- Cultivating a knowledge and praxis community advancing integration of tech power to Israel's national security discourse.
- Promoting Israel’s integration into the US-led CET coalition as a strategic component in US-Israel relations.
- Assisting in Catalysing partnerships between Israeli government ministries and their US counterparts on CET.
- Driving Research and Development (R&D) collaborations between academic and private sector entities in the US and Israel on CET.
Qualifications
- Analytical, pro-active and solution oriented. Able to take initiatives and make them happen.
- A confident, natural communicator – both in writing and verbally with senior leaderships.
- A fast learner that can master complex technological issues and present to C-suite executives.
- High proficiency in English.
- A team player, comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in political science-government with prior basic understanding in the tech space (AI, Chips, Climetech, Agrifood etc.) Or bachelor’s degree in science with prior basic interest in national security and foreign affairs.
