Research and Project Manager

Kayma develops digital measurement tools aimed at creating tangible change and behavioral transformation across various fields such as education, public services, and more. We assist public entities in working with data continuously to generate value, insights, and improvement strategies.

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead projects using a unique research platform developed by Kayma. The role involves independently managing projects from the idea and initial planning stages. It requires diverse skills such as familiarity with research, client management, product management, and more. The position demands high self-management capabilities and the ability to mediate and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

- Strong interpersonal skills, high communication abilities, and the capability to create collaborations with diverse stakeholders.

- Experience in consulting firms/government offices/project management with a research-oriented/or applied research focus.

- In-depth knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods from behavioral economics/psychology/economics/cognitive science/social sciences.

- Ability to work independently, initiate projects, and solve problems.

- Bachelor's and Master's degrees.

- Experience in user research, service design, user behavior, and user experience in digital products is an advantage.

- Experience in writing research-oriented documents.

- Experience in data analysis and statistical testing is an advantage.

- Experience in client management is an advantage.

- Experience working with public, governmental, or municipal bodies is an advantage.
