We are looking for a Development Team Leader who will join our exclusive R&D team and help us grow and build our product.

What Will You Do?

· Lead a talented development team that drives the company to new levels.

· Be a "hands-on" coder and an effective manager.

· Mentor, support and grow the team.

· Share knowledge, and maintain high standards & excellence in the team.

· Collaborate with VP R&D, Product Manager, and Support team.

· Be responsible for the team's planning and execution.

· Impact on a newly created system architecture and build a new React application.

Requirements

· At least 5 years of experience in C#.

· At least 2 years of experience in React.

· At least 2 years of experience as a Development Team Leader.

· Deep understanding of relational databases, PostgreSQL is an advantage.

· Deep understanding and experience in building SQL queries.

· Skills in .Net Core WebAPI, and message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka

· Strong execution, project management, and recruiting skills.

· Highly motivated and passionate about managing and leading developers.

Advantages

· Developing LLM-based systems is a BIG advantage.

· Experience in web scraping tools like Puppeteer is a BIG advantage.

· Experience in Web Scraping and image processing.

· Experience in building microservices system on Dockers

· Knowledge of face detection, face recognition, and face matching.

· Experience in AmazonS3, Amazon Rekognition, and Redis.

· Build, customize, and improve sprint workflow and entities in Jira.
