Supplier & Quality Control Team Leader

Position:

·      Department: Quality Assurance

·      Job title: Supplier & Quality Control Team Leader

·      Reporting to: QA Director

·      Office location: Jerusalem- on site position!

·      Willingness to work shifts when needed.

Experience:

·      Experienced in QA, preferably in Medical Devices or Pharmaceuticals industry

·      In years or range: 3-4 years

·      Preferably experienced with ERP system (Priority)

·      Supplier management

·      Performing audits

·      Technical experience (familiar with engineering drawings, developing/using jigs etc.)

Required education:

·      Any B.A or B.Sc, preferably Biomedical

·      Fluent and technical English

·      Internal Auditor Certification

·      CQE certification

Major missions and responsibilities:

·      Responsible for Supplier Quality Management including initial and annual evaluation of suppliers, quality agreements, approval, auditing, supplier complaints management.

·      Managing quality control team.

·      Lead and control product quality in the company through QC checks (including incoming inspection, in process and final release).

·      Supporting and improving quality of the production floor and department.

·      Write and update manufacturing and QC work instructions.

·      Define QC inspection methods.

·      Lead and control the Quality ERP aspects – part numbers, product trees etc.

·      Lead and control production failures in the company through root cause analysis, MRB, nonconformance.
