Supply Chain Planner

SOHO Design Stores and Import Company are seeking a highly motivated Planner and Procurement Coordinator to join our team. SOHO is a leading design store chain with locations across Israel and Europe, known for its innovative products and stylish offerings. Job Location: Full-time position at our offices in the "Lev HaAretz" industrial area, near Rosh HaAyin.

Reporting to: Directly reporting to the CEO and Head of Purchasing.

Role Description:

• Provide professional recommendations on inventory planning, placing orders, and building product collections.
• Manage continuous communication with overseas suppliers.
• Manage purchasing and ordering from a large variety of suppliers.
• Oversee inventory updates and maintain regular communication with the logistics center (warehouse).
• Monitor sales performance, analyze sales and inventory data, and conduct profitability analyses.

You're the right fit if you have:

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or other relevant degree.
• Strong motivation for the role and a deep affinity for design.
• At least 3 years of experience related to manufacturing, planning and logistics.
• High level of English proficiency, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Familiarity with SAP – an advantage.
• Industry experience as a hands-on data analyst
• Experience in import processes – an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills & multi-tasking ability
