Hey there! 👋 Lightico is on the lookout for a talented SecOps & IT Engineer to join our awesome team in Tel Aviv after the holidays (starting mid-October)! 🎉 If you're passionate about security and technology, this could be the perfect role for you. What You'll Be Doing:

- Providing top-notch technical support for our IT operations in Israel
- Managing escalated help desk tickets and keeping our team running smoothly
- Helping maintain and monitor our security infrastructure
- Responding to security alerts, compiling incident reports, and handling tier 1-2 investigations
- Troubleshooting security issues on endpoint devices
- Contributing to the development and upkeep of security documentation
⁠- Availability: You’ll need to be available to come to the office at least 3 times a week

What You Bring to the Table:

- At least 2 years' experience with Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems (need at least two), and a scripting language like PowerShell
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and MDM tools
- Experience with at least one major public cloud provider
- Solid background in information security, SecOps, or related fields
- Experience in monitoring and responding to security events, vulnerabilities, and threats
- Familiarity with security tools like EDR, Web filtering, and SIEM systems
- Great understanding of current security threats and the broader security landscape
