As a Global Managed Services Sales professional at Ceragon, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of our Managed Services portfolio across all regions.
You will help shaping our offering and be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. This position demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry and a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the global market for managed services.
- Help shape the Go to Market strategy of the solutions
- Build a full set of sales collateral and training tools to the entire sales organization
- Prepare and present compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and propose customized managed services solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and pipeline status to senior management.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote Ceragon's managed services.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of managed services and solutions in the Telecommunication market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
