Job Description:

Provide guidance and support to managers in embedding a culture of excellence and utilizing relevant tools.

Collaborate in developing the organization's strategy as a member of the executive team.

Lead professional teams, including recruitment, training, and ongoing management.

Support organizational training systems and develop work plans.

Drive continuous improvement and implement excellence tools within the organization.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management / Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory.

7+ years of experience in managing operational excellence or industrial projects – Mandatory.

Experience in leading change and implementing Lean methodologies – Advantage.

Experience in matrix management – Mandatory.
