Application Support Specialist

Overview: We’re seeking a skilled Application Manager to oversee our CRM systems (Salesforce), as well as our local and global maintenance management systems (Microsoft and IBM-based). This role involves system maintenance, user training, bug resolution, and ensuring system updates align with company requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain CRM and maintenance systems.
• Train company users on system usage.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement system improvements.
• Monitor and update systems according to group needs.
• Provide technical support to all users.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with CRM Dynamics systems.
• Skilled in implementing Workflows, Activities, and Email Configurations.
• Strong background in gathering requirements, solution design, and implementation.
• Demonstrated experience in user support, training, and technical support.
