In this role as a Senior Software Engineer, you will:

• Dive deep into Large Language Model (LLM) technologies, actively researching and experimenting with new solutions to drive innovation in hiring practices.
• Implement practical applications of LLM research findings into end-user-facing applications, creating scalable and impactful tools that directly impact clients.
• Adopt lean methodologies to swiftly meet business objectives, swiftly iterating based on client feedback and being unafraid to take risks and learn from failures.
• Deeply understand product challenges to make intelligent and efficient software-building decisions.
• Collaborate closely with our global R&D, Product, and Design teams located in the US and Vietnam. This role includes the exciting opportunity for international travel once or twice a year, fostering cross-cultural cooperation and growth.
  
  

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in backend-oriented software development, preferably with Python
• Experience developing with LLMs and Prompt Engineering methodologies
• Experience in software architecture design
• Experience working with modern Databases
• Experience in a cloud-based environment: AWS/GCP/Azure, RESTful API, SQL/Postgres, Docker, Kubernetes
• Passionate about learning and thrives in fast-paced environments with cutting-edge technologies
• Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently to deliver outcomes
• Great leadership skills with a high mentoring attitude within the team
• Ability to work from our Tel Aviv office
