Head of Map Delivery - US Marketing

Exodigo is the leading underground mapping solution for non-intrusive discovery. We transform the project lifecycle for our customers, who include key community stakeholders in the utilities, transportation and government sectors.

We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $105M Series A round in February of 2024.

Exodigo is on the lookout for a talented Mechanical Designer to join our Mechanical team. In this role, you will design and develop mechanical prototypes for new products or components while improving current designs based on project requirements. You’ll engage in rapid iteration and prototyping, ensuring that our designs meet the highest standards of functionality and performance.

Job description:

Exodigo is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head of Maps Delivery to lead our mapping teams that based in Israel but work for the United States.

This role involves managing three teams, comprising a total of approximately 30 professionals, and overseeing around 20 mapping projects at any given time. The ideal candidate will possess strong management capabilities, a quick learning aptitude, and relevant knowledge in infrastructure, engineering, geology, or geography.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead and coordinate three teams responsible for delivering mapping projects, ensuring optimal performance, effective collaboration, and high-quality outputs.
• Project Oversight: Oversee approximately 10 simultaneous mapping projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for successful project delivery, aligning with company goals and addressing operational challenges.
• Client Relations: Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and addressing any issues or requirements effectively.
• Operational Excellence: Monitor and enhance processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in map delivery and project execution.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress, team performance, and operational metrics.
  
  

• Experience: Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry or with a background in infrastructure, engineering, geology, or geography.
• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge: Understanding of infrastructure or engineering principles is highly advantageous. Familiarity with geology or geography will be considered a plus.
• Learning Agility: Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
