Job Description

We are looking for a Product Designer with a genuine passion for knowledge, smart design, and impactful UX decisions. As the ideal candidate, you are ambitious and motivated, with a clear enthusiasm for solving complex problems and transforming them into simple, engaging experiences. You work well independently and are confident in collaborating with other designers, product managers, and engineers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience 
• Shape the user experience of our product for both existing and new features
• Ability to work fast and produce multiple solutions
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of interfaces
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers
• Evaluate user feedback to enhance and refine the user experience
• Engage in all stages of visual design, from initial concept to final implementation
• Self-taught, curious, fast learner, fast to respond
• Diligent and thorough, able to meet targets (regardless of the circumstances) and work under intense and demanding schedules.
• Strong work ethic and a proactive, driven attitude.
• Capable of integrating into a startup environment with all that it entails – handling daily tasks and targets. Able to cope with pressure and heavy workload while maintaining a high level of personal responsibility to meet daily targets.
• Familiarity using - illustrator/photoshop/After effects - bonus
• Previous experience with B2C companies - bonus
