Finance Administration Manager

About the Role:

You will manage financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting, with a focus on consolidating US and IL company finance books, handling intercompany transactions, and overseeing cash flow reports and planning. Your role involves preparing financial statements, managing cash flow, handling tax matters, and leading the budgeting process. You will be the key contact for external auditors and play a crucial role in optimizing financial processes.

Objectives:

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

- Manage month-end and year-end closings, including the consolidation of US and IL financials.

- Develop and implement financial policies.

- Monitor and manage cash flow, including cash flow reports and planning.

- Align financial operations with business strategies.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily accounting operations (Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, General Ledger).

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including the consolidation of US and IL books.

- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, with a focus on cash flow planning.

- Manage tax compliance and reporting for both US and IL entities.

- Coordinate with external auditors for both entities.

- Improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Prepare travel reports and serve as the insurance contact.

- Manage employee reimbursements and handle receipts.

- Handle and reconcile intercompany transactions.

- Oversee the preparation and analysis of cash flow reports.

Required Skills:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.

- 3-5 years of finance or accounting management experience, with experience in consolidating financials across multiple entities.

- Proficiency in English and Hebrew.

- Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with accounting software.

- Knowledge of Israeli and US tax laws and financial regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
