As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead the recruitment process, from strategy development and candidate sourcing to interviewing and hiring, while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. You will develop innovative recruiting strategies, collaborate with hiring managers, optimize recruitment processes, and stay updated on industry trends to drive innovation and efficiency.

Be Accountable for:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the entire recruitment process, from strategy, job posting, candidate sourcing, funnel management, interviewing to hiring.
• Strategy Development: Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top-talent candidates.
• Candidate Experience: Build an outstanding hiring process for candidates and be obsessed with every detail in our candidate's journey (including response time, tracking, emails, home tasks, job offer, and feedback).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, provide guidance on recruitment best practices, and create job descriptions.
• Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through various channels and work with freelance sources as needed to hit our goals. Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and tools to identify passive candidates and build a robust talent pipeline
• Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency, quality, and candidate experience
• Measure and provide hiring analytics and insights to stakeholders, driving process improvements.
• Keep up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.

The Right Person:

• 2+ years of experience in similar position.
• Previous experience in recruiting for growing companies, particularly in scale-up environments or sales hiring, is highly advantageous.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew (written and verbal), with excellent communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methods.
• Previous experience with a CRM system or HRIS systems.
• Passionate and committed to delivering high-quality results.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in excel.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
• Team player with a "can-do" attitude, proactive, willing to collaborate and contribute to our team’s success
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with sourcing tools- LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search Strings.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize data and metrics for strategic decision-making
• Availability to work from the office on Sunday at 10:00-18:00 Monday & Wednesday at 14:00-22:00, Tuesday & Thursday morning hours from home
