Information Systems Implementer

A leading and successful financial company is looking for an experienced Information Systems Implementer to join it's dynamic Information Systems, Digital, and Applications team.

What You’ll Do:

• Work with a wide range of complex, integrated information systems (COTS).
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to understand their needs and support various business processes.
• Lead integration processes between different off-the-shelf systems, including necessary customizations and developments.
• Identify new technological needs within the organization and propose advanced implementation solutions.
• Improve existing processes and upgrade systems to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
• Document technical processes and create user guides.

This is a Full-time, hybrid role based in Tel Aviv, with a mix of office and remote work.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in implementing information systems in a medium to large organization.
• Experience working with complex and integrated off-the-shelf systems.
• A deep understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into technical requirements.
• High technical skills and the ability to solve problems independently.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work with various interfaces across the organization.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field is an advantage.
