Senior Product Manager

We are a dynamic, rapidly growing start-up based in Tel Aviv, specializing in AI-driven image and video processing. We are seeking a seasoned Product Lead to spearhead our product strategy, oversee the product lifecycle, and collaborate with various teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions for our top-tier global clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of product management, from ideation to launch and beyond.
• Work closely with development, algorithms, business development, support, and sales teams to ensure cohesive and successful product execution.
• Shape the product roadmap, drive market research, and define MRDs, PRDs, and strategic goals.
• Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, refine features, and ensure our offerings meet market demands.
• Own the product vision, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and impactful solutions.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in SaaS B2B product management, with a focus on the media, video monetization and video industry.
• A strong track record in leading products through their full lifecycle, from concept through execution and optimization.
• Deep understanding of the media landscape, including challenges and opportunities within the video sector.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Technical proficiency, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and design teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with UX/UI design and creating user-centric products.
• Background in business development, with experience in scaling and growing products in competitive markets.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, with a passion for mentoring and guiding teams in a start-up environment.
