Chief Financial Officer

iFor Fintech Ltd. is looking for a CFO. We are a leading fintech development company, and the technological division of the global iFOREX Group.

The position is full-time in Herzliya.

Responsibilities:

• The CFO is a member of senior management - reporting to the CEO

• Responsibility for managing the finance department and its staff

• Preparation of financial statements in both Hebrew and English

• Planning, supervising and controlling of budgets

Requirements:

• CPA - mandatory

• Master's degree in business administration/economics - an advantage

• 4 years of managerial experience from accounting firms - mandatory

• 2+ years’ experience managing a finance department in a public company (VP Finance or CFO) – mandatory

• Professional working proficiency in English – mandatory

• Work experience in Fintech companies - an advantage

• Knowledge of international standardization (IFRS)

• Experience in IPOs - an advantage

• Business oriented

• Experience in employee management and working in a global organization
