Backoffice ERP- student position

• ERP System Management: Open orders, receive stocks into warehouses, and facilitate transfers between warehouses within the ERP system.
• Inventory Control: Set up items in the ERP system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
• Vendor Management: Assist in the establishment of new providers in the ERP system, ensuring all relevant data is correctly entered and maintained.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining processes within the ERP system and collaborate with other departments to implement improvements.
  
  

• Basic familiarity with ERP systems, with a preference for experience in NETSUITE- an advantage
• Strong capabilities with EXCEL
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and management
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members across different departments
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues related to ERP processes
