We are seeking a visionary leader with substantial experience in software engineering and machine learning development. This individual will be responsible for translating intricate algorithmic prototypes into scalable, market-ready solutions and spearheading large-scale ML projects, with a particular emphasis on Large Language Models (LLM).

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

- Develop and optimize machine learning models, with a focus on LLM components.

- Translate complex algorithms into scalable solutions.

- Collaborate with the team to build and manage ML infrastructures.

Requirements:

- Lead the development and optimization of machine learning models, especially focusing on LLM components and systems.

- Translate intricate algorithmic prototypes into scalable, market-ready solutions.

- Work with machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and modern computing environments (GPU, distributed computing).

- Optimize the performance of ML applications using specialized databases.

- Architect and oversee large-scale ML infrastructures and MLOps pipelines.

- Collaborate effectively with team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and team success.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 6 years of development experience, with at least 2 years as a machine learning engineer.

- Proven experience in developing components of Large Language Models (LLM) and optimizing their performance.

- Exceptional Python coding skills; proficiency with APIs, Kafka, SQL, NoSQL, and other relevant technologies. Knowledge of strictly typed languages is a plus.

- Demonstrated leadership in managing end-to-end ML projects, including pipelines, models, datasets, and backend systems.

- Proficiency in ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and data processing libraries (NumPy, Pandas).

- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking.

- Familiarity with ML databases and vector databases is advantageous.

- Hands-on experience with MLOps and designing large-scale ML infrastructure.

- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and algorithms essential in machine learning.

- Strong grasp of computational methods and scalable solutions.

- Excellent communication and team-working skills.
