Product technical writer

Responsibilities:

Work closely with product managers, engineers, and implementation teams to deeply understand our products and their ation requirements for customers.

Develop and maintain an extensive knowledge base tool, ensuring premium documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Transform complex workflows, codes, Product Requirement Documents , mockups, technical specifications, and integration processes into accessible, user-friendly guides.

Augment documentation with effective visuals like photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts..

Utilize storytelling techniques to create engaging and informative content.

Innovate and suggest new methods to enhance technical information delivery and processes.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience working on highly technical products as a Technical Writer or in a similar position.

Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them clearly.

Native or Native-equivalent English speaker with strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.

Ability to adapt to and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent collaboration skills to interact with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, R&D, and third parties.
