About the role:

An opportunity to lead a development team using AGILE methodology, focusing on .NET and Angular technologies

• Provide both managerial and technical guidance, setting measurable goals for team members

• Ensure the stability and availability of applications, manage ongoing maintenance, and address technical issues

• Drive technological advancement within the development team, promoting continuous improvement, automation, and innovation

• Oversee the testing team in a matrix structure as part of the Delivery processes

• Collaborate with various departments such as Architecture, Information Security, Infrastructure, Project Management, and Product Units

• Supervise the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance

• 50% hands-on

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in development using various technologies: .NET, C#, .NET Core, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, MS SQL

• Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Digital Development Team Lead with a team of 5 or more members

• Experience in designing complex digital solutions integrating multiple systems and technologies, with a focus on performance and scalability

• In-depth experience with various databases (SQL / No SQL)

• Experience in managing development processes using AGILE methodology

• Previous experience in large organizations

• Experience with cloud infrastructures, including secure development processes for cloud (Azure, AWS) – Significant Advantage

• Extensive knowledge and proven experience with digital systems and Microservices infrastructures – Advantage

• Extensive knowledge and proven experience in implementing and working with CI/CD tools and processes – Advantage

• Significant experience in developing with Node.js, TypeScript, Nest.js – Advantage

• Previous experience in financial organizations (banks, insurance companies, credit card companies) – Advantage
