R&D Team Leader - Front-End Oriented (50% Hands-On)

Webiks is looking for our next Development Team Leader! (50% Hands-on)

Our mission at Webiks is to create powerful, data-driven applications and models that help our clients innovate and grow.

We build custom software and custom models for clients from multiple industries, including Defense, Security, Health, and Automotive.

Our teams includes Fullstack Developers, DevOps Engineers, Product Managers, UX Designers and Data Scientists and the HR team.

You are searching for the challenge of managing and leading a team of 5-6 eager junior Full-stack developers working on innovative projects, Developing end to end complex, data-driven, scalable web applications.

You want to lead and mentore a dynamic team of Full-Stack Developers, cultivating a collaborative and innovative work culture.

You are an expert in conducting code reviews, daily meetings, working with Product Managers and customers while remaining responsible for a complete agile software life cycle.

You know how to Work closely with the Product and Project managers, DevOps Engineers and Costumers to oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

• At least 3 years of software development experience as a full-stack web Developer, with Hands-on experience with Nodejs as your Backend language and React as your Framework - a must.
• At least 1 year of management experience (Non-formal will be considered also!) - a must.
• Hands-on experience with writing modular code and Microservices for at least 2 years - a must.
• A significant orientation and expertise of the Client side - a significant advantage.
• Hands-on experience with docker and OpenShift - a significant advantage.
• Security clearance - an advantage.

Job Location: Bnei Brak - 5 minutes from the light rail.
