Senior/Tech Lead Data Scientist

We are looking for an experienced Senior/Tech Lead Data Scientist who lives and breathes AI. The ideal candidate will have experience in NLP, Unsupervised and supervised learning, LLMs, data engineering, and more.

This role will require the candidate to be hands-on and lead by example, creativity, research and problem-solving skills as well as deep technical knowledge and the ability to deep-dive into complex and difficult problems. This position will be reporting directly to the CTO.

Responsibilities:

• Developing data science solutions in production system
• Conduct research on new techniques in NLP, LLM, Unsupervised learning, and other relevant fields
• Lead the development of innovative algorithms and models to power our platform
• Serve as a technical lead and guide the technical direction of the company
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure efficient processing and retrieval of data
• Lead the development of data science strategies and roadmaps for the company
• Continuously stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data science and technology

Requirements:

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields.
• Experience with deploying data science solutions in production systems.
• 7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and NLP.
• Expertise in Python and data science libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and SciPy.
• Proven track record of technical leadership and delivering complex projects on time and on budget.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passionate about innovation and staying up-to-date with the latest data science and technology developments.
