Information Technology Manager

A successful startup and a global fintech software firm at the forefront of providing state-of-the-art technology to the world's largest banks and hedge funds. Specializing in ultra-low-latency strategy and market data solutions, the company is committed to delivering cutting-edge innovations to the industry. It is currently developing a unique platform for managing trading rooms for banks worldwide.

The company has around 50 employees in Israel and an additional 60 globally, with major clients in New York, London, and Tokyo.

The prominent Israeli R&D center is located in Jerusalem near the central bus station.

Requirements-

• Proven experience of at least 8 years as an IT person out of which 2 as IT managing a team of IT professionals.
• Experience in managing and maintaining an organization's computer infrastructure
• Experience with Linux Operating System: installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Experience with Windows 10 & 11 OS management.
• Experience working with switches and routers, experience working in communication cabinets.
• Understanding of computer networks: LAN, WAN, VoIP, etc.
• Experience working with firewalls and VPNs.
• Experience in giving technical support, software installation, information systems and troubleshooting software and hardware problems.
• Independent self-managed working and solving problems capabilities.
• High level of English and Hebrew both written and verbal.
