Commercial Lawyer

We are recruiting a Commercial Lawyer for the Legal Department of a Renewable Energy Company.

The role includes:

- Ongoing commercial work, including drafting various and numerous commercial agreements.

- Negotiation management.

- Providing legal support and advice on transactions in the energy sector.

- Leading transactions with landowners.

- Supporting tender processes.

- Working with regulators, including the Registrar of Companies and the Registrar of Partnerships, and providing ongoing legal advice.

Job requirements:

- A lawyer with at least 4 years of post-internship experience is required.

- Must have experience from a commercial department or the energy and infrastructure department of a leading law firm.

- Experience in supporting transactions for the development of renewable energy projects with local communities and landowners.

- High-level proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

- Strong commercial orientation along with excellent legal skills.
