Job Description
Join our team as a Support Process Controller and play a vital role in enhancing and optimizing our customer support operations. At Wolt, our support teams are the backbone of our marketplace, ensuring seamless interactions between customers, restaurant partners, and courier partners. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of improving departmental processes, from payroll and budgeting to operational efficiencies, all while collaborating closely with key stakeholders across the organization. If you're a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for process improvement, this is the perfect opportunity for you to make a significant impact on our high-quality service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data research to improve and optimize departmental processes in areas such as payroll, budgeting, working hours, and transportation.
- Implement and maintain new and existing infrastructure, tools, and processes.
- Engage in strategic departmental matters and work closely with the organization's payroll accountant, the workforce management team, and the department's management team.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills in Excel/Google Sheets/BI systems.
- Proficiency in data analysis and process improvement.
- Experience in managing and overseeing budgets and financial processes.
- Experience managing processes for hourly employees; experience in service and call centers is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work independently and lead projects.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to document and oversee complex processes.
