Senior PMO & Project Manager

A well-established and successful financial company is seeking an experienced Senior PMO and Project Manager specializing in Information Systems, Digital, and Applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the latest project management methodologies and tools, along with the ability to lead end-to-end (E2E) projects. You will also mentor and guide junior project managers, ensuring they are proficient in using the most effective tools available.

Key Responsibilities:

- Mentor and guide junior project managers in the use of advanced project management tools and methodologies.

- Oversee and monitor a variety of application and infrastructure projects across the company's subsidiaries.

- Collaborate with business partners to define project needs and requirements.

- Provide ongoing support for all aspects of project execution, including development, infrastructure, and information security.

- Manage and establish comprehensive system documentation for all projects, including infrastructure and information security.

- Oversee development tasks, track progress, and report status to internal stakeholders.

This is a Full-time, hybrid role based in Tel Aviv.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field – a Must

- 5+ years of experience as a PMO & Project Manager in technological projects

- Experience as a PMO in ERP projects

- Experience leading a team of project managers – an Advantage

- Proven ability to foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture

- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies

- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP) – Advantage
