The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with entrepreneurs to identify and cultivate strategic partnerships
• Conduct market research to pinpoint potential acquisition targets and buyers
• Analyze business synergies and growth opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders
• Craft compelling pitch decks and presentations for client companies

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in Corporate Development or M&A (must)
• Strong strategic thinking skills, with a deep understanding of business synergies
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills
• Strong people person skills, ability to foster and maintain partnerships and growth opportunities
• Background in strategy consulting, preferably from a Big-4 consulting firm (huge advantage!)
• MBA degree (advantage)
• Commercial experience in a startup environment (beneficial)
• Entrepreneurial mindset and experience (a plus)
