DevOps/HPC engineer

The Center for AI Core Research is looking for an outstanding and talented DevOps/HPC engineer with significant hands-on experience in AI technologies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related Technical/Scientific domain - required.
• Fundamental knowledge of high-performance computing (HPC) systems, including scalable, parallel architectures - required.
• Experience with Python programming language and UNIX/Linux scripting - required.
• Experience in setting up user environments, including developers’ software package installations - required.
• Ability to train and prepare useful training materials for new and existing users - required.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions - required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, independent developer, a team player, and excellent self-learning skills - required.
• Experience with scheduling platform (Slurm, LSF) and containers – advantage.
• Experience in creating simple tools for monitoring system/storage usage and performance statistics as well as for algorithm profiling - advantage.
