About the role:

As the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s strategic initiatives and ensuring the successful execution of key projects. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will collaborate closely with executive leadership to prioritize and implement actions that align with the company’s goals. Your primary focus will be on leading cross-departmental projects, optimizing workflows, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the CEO to prioritize and execute key initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Lead and manage special projects and initiatives across various departments, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes.
• Attend executive meetings, track task execution, ensure productivity during meetings, and successfully implement meeting outcomes.
• Identify areas for improvement and optimization of existing workflows within the organization.
• Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, both within and outside the organization, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Collect and analyze data to support decision-making processes and provide insights to the CEO and executive team.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure complete confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Experience in product management or process management, with a deep understanding of the product lifecycle and the ability to implement complex organizational processes.
• Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, provide insights, and propose solutions that align with the organization’s objectives.
• Capability to work under pressure with multiple tasks, including prioritization and time management.
