Want to change the way the world drinks? We’re on the lookout for a super-talented Product Growth Manager to join our E-commerce team at SodaStream HQ in Kfar Saba. Reporting to the E-Commerce Product Manager, you’ll be one of 10 team members dedicated to the SodaStream product line. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with markets to strategize and plan a product roadmap based on global and local market objectives. Ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Website Optimization: Oversee website optimization projects to improve features, enhance the user journey, and personalize the online experience.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize A/B testing and data analytics to make informed decisions and implement effective optimization strategies.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, plan, and execute optimization initiatives. Ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments.
- User Experience Enhancement: Focus on optimizing key touchpoints of the user’s online journey to ensure a cohesive and exceptional user experience.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of optimization efforts and make necessary adjustments.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in product growth management, website optimization, and A/B testing, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
- Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Dynamic Yield) and a solid understanding of statistical principles related to A/B testing.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies is a plus.
- Problem-solving: Ability to think critically and creatively to identify opportunities for optimization and solve complex problems.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
